privacy policy
this policy explains what happens to the information you send through kochanski.design. it is written in plain language on purpose: if something here is unclear, write to hello@kochanski.design and I will explain it.
who runs this site
kochanski.design is an independent design practice run by Przemek Kochanski. contact: hello@kochanski.design.
what data is collected
- contact form: your name, email address, the company or brand you mention, and the message itself. this is sent to my inbox and stored on the site server so I do not lose enquiries.
- server logs: the hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and requested pages. these logs exist for security and troubleshooting and are rotated automatically.
- cookies: the site sets only functional cookies required for WordPress to work. no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
why it is used
only to answer your message and to run the project we agree on. your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
how long it is kept
enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than three years from the last contact. project correspondence is kept for the period required by accounting law.
who processes it
the site is hosted by an external hosting provider, and email is handled by an external mail provider. both act as processors and are bound by their own data-processing agreements.
your rights
under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. write to hello@kochanski.design and I will respond within 30 days. you may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

if this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date below.
