Premium travel, designed from the ground up.

JM Transfers is a premium private transfer service focused on airport, city-to-city and chauffeur transportation. Created in collaboration with Wojoweb.pl, the project started without an established digital structure, prepared content or visual direction. I was responsible for defining the experience from the ground up, from market analysis and information architecture to the final UI.

about

Creating a complete digital direction from a blank canvas.

The project began with almost no prepared materials from the client. There was no established website structure, no defined visual language and no clear content hierarchy to build on. My role was to create the entire digital direction from scratch and translate the premium character of the service into a clear, credible and conversion-focused experience. Working together with Wojoweb.pl, I developed the structure, user flow and interface around the real needs of a private transfer business.

challenge

Combining premium positioning with a functional booking experience.

The main challenge was balancing two very different expectations. The website needed to feel elegant and high-end, but it also had to work as a practical service platform where users could quickly understand the offer, compare transfer options and start a booking. I analysed the premium transport market and competing services to identify the most important content patterns, trust signals and booking expectations. The challenge was to avoid creating a purely image-driven luxury website and instead build an experience where premium aesthetics support usability and conversion.

solution

A clear service structure built around trust and convenience.

I structured the website around the most important user decisions: where they want to travel, what kind of service they need and how quickly they can book it. The experience combines clear booking entry points with dedicated service sections, vehicle presentation, reviews and trust-building content.
Visually, the direction is based on dark, refined layouts, restrained typography and warm premium accents. The interface stays minimal, allowing the photography, vehicles and booking tools to carry most of the visual weight. The result is a system that feels premium without making the booking process feel complicated.
