UI/UX and content analysis for a complex social impact organization.

FEDERA supports users across a broad range of topics related to sexual and reproductive health, patient rights, legal information and access to support. Working together with webeo.it, my role focused on the UX and UI side of the experience: organizing content, improving hierarchy and creating a visual system that could handle very different types of information without becoming overwhelming.

The main challenge was the amount and diversity of information. Some users arrive looking for immediate practical help, while others are searching for educational resources, legal information, reports, news or details about the organization itself. The interface had to make the most important paths visible without overwhelming the user or turning the website into a simple content archive.

I focused the design on strong information hierarchy, clear entry points and repeatable content patterns. Important user needs were given more visual priority, while articles, educational materials and organizational content were structured into a more consistent system. The result is a flexible interface that makes complex content easier to scan, understand and navigate.
